Advantages of robotic workplaces are so obvious that also in our country a number of companies realizing technological and economical pluses of the robotic workplace is gong up every year despite of the initial costs. Blumenbecker Prag on robotic fields has been oriented to the world-famous German company KUKA. One of the main targets of our company for the days to come is to become a reliable partner for those who have decided to use practically all advantages of robotic workplaces in their technology. Nowadays we have several certified robot-specialists who proved their professional knowledge in complicated KUKA robot applications, especially in automotive industry (welding), material manipulation, engineering etc. (see robotic applications or our references in Automotive). |

The Design Bureau and the Assembly Workshop in OLOMOUC In 2008 we founded our own machinery Design Bureau and Montage Workshop in order to offer our customers significantly more comprehensive services than it was in the past, when we concentrated mainly on creation of application software. Today's workshop is fully equipped with mechanical appliances (lathe, cutters, shears, circular and band saw, etc.). There are two KUKA robots available for developing and testing of user's robotic applications. Designers make use very powerful 3D software Solid Edge ST2 for 3D modeling both individual parts and final weldments, further for automatic generation of 2D drawings from 3D models directly, etc. For off-line robot programming a special powerful software ROBOTMASTER is used, which represents a considerable shortening of the period for the creation and subsequent easy maintenance of user programs. This software also allows off-line optimizing of robot working paths. The concrete result of our Design Bureau - a "universal robotic cell" of our own. |
